Launching September 2026
THE STRATEGY TO DELIVERY LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
Your leadership team will deliver the strategy. Without you holding it together.
A 90-day programme that builds strategy-to-delivery capability into your leadership team — applied to your live strategic plan, with the people who have to make it work.
Not a course. Not a workshop series. A working intervention that changes how your leadership team operates — permanently.
You have the strategy. Something is still getting lost.
It showed up differently depending on where you are. But the pattern is the same.
-
The strategy made sense when you built it. Execution is heavier than it should be.
-
Your leadership team is capable. But they're absorbing pressure that should sit in structure, process, and clear ownership.
-
Decisions land in the room and reopen outside it. The same conversations keep happening.
-
Two or three people — probably including you — are quietly holding the whole thing together.
-
You know this isn't sustainable. But adding more governance, more reporting, or more pressure won't fix it.
This isn't a people problem. Your leaders aren't the issue.
The way the team is set up to deliver, the decisions, the ownership, the operating rhythm hasn't kept pace with what the strategy is now asking of them.
That's what this programme fixes.
This programme is right for you if:

You're post-investment and delivery is getting harder.
The strategy is set. The board expects pace. But execution is relying on individual effort rather than a system that holds.

You're new to the role and need to build delivery fast.
You've inherited a capable team. You need them operating as a delivery system, not a collection of individuals.

You've just been through an acquisition or merger.
Two (or more) organisations, one strategy, unclear ownership. Nobody is sure who decides what — and it's slowing everything down.

You're facing a step-change in ambition.
New market, new product, new pressure. The leadership team needs to level up before the strategy lands on them.

You've outgrown how you used to operate.
What worked at 50 people is breaking at 150. The informal model that got you here won't get you where you're going.

Execution culture has broken down.
The strategy is right but nothing is moving. Accountability has eroded and the team needs a hard reset.
What the programme actually does
This is a 90-day working intervention with your leadership team — SLT and one level down — applied directly to your live strategic plan.
Not a generic leadership curriculum. Not theory. Every session works on your actual strategy, your actual decisions, your actual delivery gaps.
By the end of 90 days, your leadership team will have:
-
A shared understanding of what the strategy requires of each of them
-
Clear decision ownership that holds under pressure
-
A delivery rhythm that doesn't rely on constant senior intervention
-
The habits and structures to keep it working after the programme ends
The work is designed to hold beyond the engagement. This isn't a reset that needs repeating. It's a permanent change in how the team operates.
In the meantime why not start with a complimentary session:

How it unfolds
The programme runs alongside your live strategic priorities — not instead of them.
Your leaders deliver the strategy while building the capability to do it better.
Phase 1 — Days 1–30
Diagnose and align
Understand exactly where strategy is failing to convert into delivery. Align the leadership team on the gap and what closing it requires of each of them.
Phase 2 — Days 31–60
Reset and build
Rebuild decision ownership, delivery rhythm, and operating habits. Applied to live priorities — not hypothetical scenarios.
Phase 3 — Days 61–90
Embed and hold
Lock the changes into day-to-day leadership behaviour. Measure what's shifted. Make sure it holds when the pressure returns.
Why this works when other interventions haven't
Most leadership development misses the point. It develops individuals in isolation from the system they operate in. Your leaders come back from a programme motivated and equipped and walk straight back into the same broken operating model.
This programme works differently because it works on the system, not just the people. The decisions, the ownership, the rhythm, the habits — changed together, in context, under real delivery pressure.
And it's designed by someone who spent 20 years inside these organisations as the person responsible for making strategy land. Not as a consultant advising from the outside. As the Director of Transformation, accountable for delivery — absorbing the pressure, making the decisions hold, fixing what wasn't working.
I know what it looks like when a leadership team isn't set up to deliver. And I know what it takes to change it.
