WHY THIS MATTERS NOW
Most leadership teams aren't failing.
They're absorbing.

The work gets done. Results hold. But something has shifted — decisions take longer, the same conversations keep happening, your best people are carrying more than they should. You're not in crisis. You're just running on people instead of structure.

That's not a leadership problem. It's a pressure problem. And it has a pattern.

  • Decisions that should be simple keep escalating upward

  • One or two people are the bottleneck — and they know it

  • Strategy is sound, but delivery feels fragile

  • Your leadership team is busy but not always effective

  • A key person leaving would create a serious gap

  • Growth is creating more pressure, not more capacity

WHAT THE SESSION CONTAINS
Ninety minutes. One structured diagnostic. A result you can use.

This isn't a webinar. It's a working session — built around a proprietary assessment tool that maps where structural pressure is sitting in your organisation right now.

The Executive Pressure Index (EPI) scores your team across five pressure dimensions. The results are instant, interpreted live, and grounded in commercial consequence.

By the end of the session, you'll know your EPI cluster, what it means structurally, and whether you're looking at a coaching intervention, a team-level programme, or something that needs structural redesign.

YOU LEAVE WITH

✓ Your EPI score and cluster band — sent to you directly after the session

✓ A live interpretation of what your pressure pattern means in practice

✓ Clarity on whether this is a structural problem or a people problem

✓ A clear view of the right next intervention

Setting the frame

What structural pressure actually is, and why high-performing organisations often don't see it until it's expensive.

The Executive Pressure Index

You complete the EPI live — a 12-question structured assessment scored across five pressure dimensions in real time.

Live results and cluster interpretation

Your EPI results are shown immediately. We interpret them together — what the pattern means, where the risk sits, what it's costing you.

Breakout reflection

Small group discussion: where does work stall most often? Not the obvious answer — the one people have stopped noticing.

What to do with this

Three structural interventions. Which one fits your cluster. No sales pitch, just clarity on the right lever.

"The wow moment is seeing your results. Most people in the room will recognise their organisation immediately."

THE ASSESSMENT TOOL

The Executive Pressure Index measures five dimensions

Twelve questions. Five dimensions. A score that tells you where the pressure is sitting — and whether it's structural or personal.

01

Decision velocity

How fast decisions are made — and how often they need revisiting

02

Governance rhythm

Whether accountability structures are holding or being worked around

03

Capacity distribution

Where load is concentrated and whether it's proportionate to role

04

Dependency concentration

How many critical functions depend on one or two individuals to function

05

Strategic bandwidth

Whether leadership time is being spent on the right level of problem

Your score places you in one of four patterns. Each one tells a different story about where the pressure is sitting and what to do about it

RIGHT FIT
Built for the people who own the problem

This session is designed for the leaders and their sponsors who are responsible for organisational performance, not just individual development.

If you're carrying strategic pressure and wondering whether it's a people problem or a structural one, this is where you find out.

WHO IS RUNNING THIS

Nic McDonald, Connected Peace

I've spent twenty years inside organisations like yours, running transformation portfolios, fixing delivery drag, and sitting at the table when performance pressure becomes a people problem.

I'm not a wellbeing practitioner. I'm a Director of Transformation who got interested in the structural patterns that cause strong people to over-carry.

The Executive Pressure Index was built from that work, from watching the same pressure signatures show up, in different industries, again and again.

The Leadership Pressure Diagnostic is a 90-minute diagnostic session. You'll leave with a result, a structural interpretation, and something to act on.

Limited places. One session.
25th June 2026.

If this is the conversation you've been putting off — this is the place to start it.
