Most leaders carrying real pressure have nobody to say that to.
You can run the board meeting. Hold the room. Make the call under pressure and make it look easy.
What you can't always do is say, out loud, to someone who won't use it against you, what that's actually costing you.
This is a small group built for exactly that conversation. Four to six leaders, coached together, where the pressure is named instead of being performed.

What Is It?
Coaching, not training. A small, peer-level group working on what's actually live for each of you, staying clear-headed and steady when the role is carrying more than it was scoped to hold.
Small group: Four to six leaders. Big enough for range, small enough that no one hides.
Two-hour sessions: Proper depth each time. Space to think, not a quick check-in.
Six sessions per cohort: The shift happens over time, not in one hit.

Same coaching, two routes, depending on whether it's funded individually or by your organisation.
Self-funded — open cohort
Pay in full ahead of the early-bird deadline (see dates above) and it's £1,000 for the full series.
Standard price is £1,200 per person for the full series, secured with a £200 deposit and five monthly instalments of £200.
Either way, it's a place across all six sessions, a series commitment rather than pay-as-you-go.
