Strategy Advisory

Strategy That Gets Delivered

For when delivery itself cannot fail.

What this is

I'm brought in when an organisation is scaling or changing faster than its leadership can hold, and the plan can't be allowed to slip. I help the leadership team work out the direction, test whether they can actually deliver it, and build the operating rhythm to land it.

Not a deck and a handshake. I stay in it until it holds without me.

What this actually looks like

What this actually looks like. No two engagements are identical, but they tend to take one of a few shapes: a focused diagnostic review that maps exactly where a plan is at risk of stalling, a facilitated planning day that gets a leadership team aligned on direction before it's too late to change course, or staying embedded for a stretch — weeks or months — while a specific piece of delivery gets built and starts holding on its own. Sometimes it's supporting a leadership team through a stretch that needs an experienced outside pair of hands, without a permanent hire.

The Structure

What changes

A direction the team commits to, clear accountability, an operating rhythm that survives after I've gone.

How it's scoped

To the moment, not sold by the day. A board window, a stalled plan, a build that has to work.

Investment

Confirmed in conversation, shaped by size, complexity, and what the engagement genuinely requires.

FAQ

Do you have a fixed package I can just buy?

No, deliberately, but here's a flavour of the shapes it takes: a two-day diagnostic review of where a plan is likely to stall, a single strategy facilitation day to get a leadership team properly aligned, an embedded delivery build running over a defined period while something specific gets landed, or interim advisory support through a critical stretch. The exact shape depends on what's actually live for you, which is what the first conversation, or the Executive Pressure Index, is for.

What if I'm not sure whether this is advisory or coaching?

Take the Executive Pressure Index first. The conversation that follows makes the right door obvious.
