What is included?

  • Beginners yoga with TBC
  • A guided 2023 gratitude session: Giving gratitude can have a profound impact on your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, as well as on your relationships with others.
  • A gratitude journal for 2024 to continue the practice (optional add on at point of ticket purchase)
  • Time to set your intentions for 2024, with some visioning practice. Setting your intent provides focus, motivation, and a sense of purpose, helping you work towards your goals and navigate life’s challenges more effectively.

This is time for you to breath, decompress and be provided with some useful structure and practices to set your new year out right.
